You can find a washing machine and clothes dryer on the 8th floor as well. and the provision of complimentary detergent and clothes softener. The staff members are incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests with any needs. Fluent in both Japanese and English, enhancing the overall guest experience.

I liked to see their staff cheerfully working. Their stuff speak Japanese. Laundry & meal service are really satisfactory.

Clean facility, supportive staff

The staff were super friendly, they will support whatever you need. One problem is that only one staff in charge at the night shift, you need to wait until your turn.
